I bring to you beauty samples of Gymnastic and Contortion performaces. (4 galleries) They are the beautiful and fluffy Rhythmic Gymnastic's little girls showing their amazing flexibility. This one in side has a lateral split with almost 270 degree. This is very difficult. But take care! She has a very trained body and a inherent genes to do that. Please, do not try it in your home, hein!!

It looks that they laugh, but the stretch is really nice. I think it really helps! I also try to do something but I feel the pain so hard , that i can’t hold it for a long time, what can I do?
